Hello, needlewomen! Preparing for the New Year, I got the idea to knit the elf of Santa Claus. As a result, I got a series of dolls. The basis – the body – is the same for all dolls, so I’ll start my master class with this pattern elf body. The amigurumi crochet doll elf from the cotton threads on the wire frame, 12 cm. The pattern with the description of the body of the doll is presented on the example of Eliot Elliot. From the rest of the elves the description is no different, except for the color of the pajamas.

What is the doll made from?
- Body and clothing 100% cotton YarnArt Iris (20 g 138 m)
- Hook 0.9 or 1.
- Filler hullfiber.
- Mouline for embroidering doll eyes.

Conventions:

Important points: The body is knitted by the wrong side, and the clothing is facedown.
Frame
For the frame use any suitable wire. It will take 4 pieces: 2 pieces of 20 cm for the legs and body and 2 pieces of 15 cm for the hands (extra then bite off). Better more than less.
The photo shows how to twist the wire.
The wire for the arms is screwed to the common frame after the torso was knitted to the place where the hands were join.
Hand
Knit hands will be directly on the frame. We begin the thread of body color.

Legs and body amigurumi dolls knit together. First the left leg, then the right.
The elf is dressed in striped pajamas. In the pattern I indicate in each row how many loops of the corresponding color should be knitted.
We begin the body color yarn:

At this point, try a wire frame. Insert two wires into the legs and twist them together in the area of the center of the buttocks of the doll amigurumi.
